Inhale through your mouth and hold the air and puff out your cheeks like you are trying to blow a note on trumpet. Hold tit for 1 minute and breathe through your nose if required. Slowly exhale the air through your nostrils. Repeat this exercise five times and it will surely help you to remove laugh lines around the mouth and cheeks.

Facial Exercise #3

This facial exercise strengthen the muscles of your face and help in removing those ugly nasolabial folds. Sit on a comfortable chair with your head tilted back like you are looking at your ceiling. Purse your lips like you were forming a kiss and then extend your pursed lips as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling. Hold it for 15 seconds, and then return to relax position perform this 4 times twice a day to get the amazing result.

Facial Exercise #4

Pull both your upper and lower lips inward and tightly hold them. Now simply blow the air in your mouth so that the area around the mouth expands. Hold it for a count of five and then release it. Repeat this exercise for three times.

Facial Exercise #5

This is another facial exercise that is very helpful in diminishing the smile lines. Comfortably lie down and relax your face. Simply pucker your lips and suck in the corner of your mouth just like making the fish face.
Hold it for five counts and then release it. Repeat this exercise three times.
